Don’t miss James Tyler’s “Some Old Black Man” Feb 8th – March 4th, 2018 59 E 59

On Monday, August 13, 2012,  James Anthony Tyler had his first Blackboard feature.  The play?  “Some Old Black Man”.  The reading was directed by Shaun Tubbs and featured Arthur French, Fredric Michaels, Kathryn Neville Browne, Sean Turner and C. Niambi Steele.

In the years that have passed, we have also featured “Dolphins and Sharks“, which had a production last year  at Labryinth Theater Company.  Recently,  James also began assisting in curating some of our readings.

Finally, we want to congratulate James on being the recipient of the 2018 Horton Foote Playwriting Award.
