Our former home: the cell
Under the direction of Founding Artistic Director, Nancy Manocherian and Artistic Director, Kira Simring, Blackboard called the cell home for a little over 10 years. Since 2008, Blackboard was a resident series with Blackboard every 2nd Monday of the Month. Developed and incubated in this space, Blackboard would not be where it is today without that support.
Check out the cell as they continue to support other series and artists in ways not found at other artistic homes and organizations around New York City.
